Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will resign from the post of Chief Minister
The people have given mandate to the BJP to form the 14th Legislative Assembly. Now, the new CM is in the process of preparing for the oath of office. According to the rule, till the appointment of the new chief minister, the Chief Minister of the previous assembly will be the acting Chief Minister.
After the oath of office, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani administered the oath of office. Kohli will submit his resignation. With this, the assembly of the previous assembly will also resign. The BJP will convene a meeting of the winners, in which the name of the new Chief Minister will be discussed.
