HTAT Rules Revealed...
- HTAT has been recognized as an educational-administrative post.
- All rules will be applicable as per the administrative class-3
- 12,24,36 years higher salary will be required.
For this, the affiliation of the principals attached directly to the recruitment will be calculated from the date of joining the HTAT and from the date of admission to the primary teachers of the promoted primary schools.
After 1998, the protection of principals attached to the primary teacher's service is not available.
- Must be forced to work as a non-vacation staff and will have to leave 30 right leave per annum on monthly 2.5.
8km from the main town of Acharya. They will have to make housing in compulsory school, and the HRA will not have to be done.
- Prior sanction of taluka primary education officer before leaving school on the public day.
- Principals will be replaced in two ways: 1) change of demand, 2) administrative change
District Collector will change the district every five years.
- The proposal will be sent to the Director of Primary Education for District Replacement.
- The authority for district change will remain the only Director of Primary Education.
- There will be no selection in place for any type of change, only woman employees will have to order a reference list.
- HTAT principals will be able to do extra work such as Training Observer, CRC Coordinator, BRC Coordinator.
- There will be a charge allocation for this.
